2017 silam, sebuah pernikahan antara laki-laki yang sudah berusia 71
tahun dengan seorang mahasiswi berusia 25 tahun sempat menggegerkan
publik.
Pernikahan
ini merupakan pernikahan antara mantan Wakil Wali Kota Parepare, A
Tajuddin Kammisi (71) menikahi gadis bernama Andi Fitriani (25).
Saat
menikah, Andi masih duduk di bangku kuliah dan menempuh pendidikan di
Universitas Bosowa, jurusan ekonomi dan tengah menunggu kelulusannya.
Usia
Tajuddin dan Andi yang terpaut 46 tahun sempat mengagetkan publik.
Banyak yang menilai bahwa pernikahan keduanya hanya sebatas materi tanpa
cinta.
Pendapat
tersebut diperkuat dengan mahar yang diberikan Tajuddin kepada istrinya
yang cantik itu. Tajuddin memberikan mahar kepada Andi sebesar Rp 1,4

Tajuddin juga memberi mahar mobil merek Honda Civic Turbo seharga Rp
600 juta dan rumah tipe 45 di Makassar yang nilainya mencapai Rp 700
juta.
“Jika
ditotal, semua pemebrian mempelai pria bisa jadi sampai Rp 1,4 miliar
atau lebih,” ujar Kepala Desa Liliriawang, Bone, Sulawesi Selatan.
Tetapi,
pernikahan Tajuddin dan Andi tak berjalan mulus. Belum genap satu tahun
usia pernikahannya, pasangan yang selisih usianya 46 tahun terancam
berakhir.
Tajuddin
yang sudah memberi banyak panaik untuk istrinya harus menghadapi
kenyataan pahit karena pernikahan mereka berada di ujung tanduk.
Maret 2018 silam, tersiar kabar bahwa Tajuddin menggugat cerai istrinya di Pengadilan Negeri Agama Watampone.
Melansir dari Sripoku, gugatan cerai Tajuddin dibenarkan oleh Humas Pengadilan Agama Watampone, Jamaluddin.
Jamaluddin membenarkan bahwa Tajuddin telah melayangkan gugatan cerai Januari 2018 silam.
“Masuknya
(gugatan cerai) tanggal 3 Januari 2018 lalu. Sekarang proses mediasi
kedua pihak. Gagal mediasi diteruskan perceraian,” ujar Jamaluddin saat
ditemui Sripoku (19/3/2018) silam.
Sejak gugatan cerainya Januari 2018 silam, perceraian Tajuddin dan Andi tak kunjung usai.
Dan
akhirnya, setelah Tajuddin berjuang selama 8 bulan untuk gugatan
cerainya, Pengadilan Negeri Agama Watampone pada (17/9/2018) menyetujui
gugatan cerai yang dilayangkan Tajuddin.
Sidang pada (17/9/2018) membicarakam materi pembacaan perkara perceraian antara Tajuddin dan Andi.
Baik Tajuddin dan Andi, hanya diwakili masing-masing kuasa hukumnya.
Tajuddin melalui pengacaranya Andi Aswar Azis, SH, akhirnya bersyukur karena telah resmi bercerai dengan sang istri.
Ternyata, Tajuddin menceriakan istrinya yang usianya sangat muda bukan tanpa suatu alasan.
Tajuddin
melaporkan bahwa istrinya Andi telah menjalin hubungan asmara atau
pacaran dengan laki-laki lain, atau istrinya terbukti selingkuh.
Kehadiran laki-laki atau pria idaman lain (PIL) itulah yang membuat Tajuddin melayangkan gugatan cerainya.
“Termohon
telah menjalin hubungann atau pacaran dengan seorang laki-laki yang
tidak dikenal sebelumnya,” begitu isi gugatan perceraian Tajuddin kepada
Pengadilan Agama Watampone.
Pernikahan
Tajuddin yang hanya bertahan kurang lebih sembilan bulan ini menambah
daftar perceraian antara pasangan yang menikah dengan usia yang terpaut
cukup jauh.
